IPMR and since its inception in 2009 is committed to the highest ethical standards in the formulation and pursuit of its business objectives. IPMR has established a strong internal system of due diligence, controls, and transparency over gold supply chains, including traceability and identification of other supply chain stakeholders.

 IPMR has established an independent compliance function to oversee the roles and functions are in alignment with prevailing rules, regulations, and international business best practices.

The compliance function in IPMR collectively consists of competent, knowledgeable and compliance expertise members. Reporting to the IPMR Chairman to ensure its objectivity and to ensure its capabilities to communicate critical information to senior management, employees, and customers.

IPMR has formed a compliance advisory committee to operate under the supervision of the IPMR President to ensure independency and to ensure ongoing compliance with prevailing rules, regulations, and international business best practices.
