• Know Your Customer (KYC) & Know Your Counterparty (KYCC) — every counterparty is thoroughly vetted before onboarding and kept under review throughout the relationship.
• Transaction Monitoring — all transactions are subject to ongoing scrutiny to identify and escalate any activity that warrants further review.
• Sanctions & PEP Screening — systematic screening against the UAE Local list, UN, OFAC, and other applicable sanctions lists, as well as Politically Exposed Persons databases.
• Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain Controls — rigorous assessment of the origin and chain of custody of all metals entering our refinery, with enhanced due diligence applied to higher-risk jurisdictions and Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs).
• Regulatory Reporting — timely and accurate fulfilment of all AML/CFT reporting obligations under UAE law including suspicious transaction reporting via the goAML platform supervised by the UAE’s competent authorities.
